Staff where really friendly and helpful, arrived early but stored our bags no problems, and key card was waiting for us when we came back. Was given a map and tips on where to go. Room spacious and clean, only down side sound proofing not great this was only an issue on the last night as couple next to us very loud from 3am to around 7am, would defiantly be an issue for more than one night. Breakfast great as long as not expecting a full English. Bar great served an amazing port and tonic
Next to trindade metro station which is connecting all lines and the whole city. Very convenient

rooms on the street side are noisy. quite small but clean rooms. good buffet breakfast and good position even if the surroudings around the hotel is not that nice with many homeless staying near the entrance
Porto Trindade Hotel's strength is its excellent location near the old town and Metro. Our room was quiet and spacious, but also pretty dirty with an outdated mattress and old furniture. Breakfast was very decent, but the hotel's decor feels dated. Some staff interactions could be improved, and while it may not be perfect for long stays, its central position is a perk.
We have stayed at this hotel high quality of service and attention to detail remains.The staffs is amazing the room have been comfortable and immaculate. Very clean rooms I really like the place. Just few minutes walk from the main Trindade station and 10 minutes walk to the main city, very convenient! Room is big and clean and sufficient air-con! Buffett breakfast is few hot food to pastry to fresh food, good to kick start for the morning!
I stayed in one night in the Hotel. The hotel is very central and very near to the metro station. Wi-Fi & breakfast is included. At the check in I have recieved a port wine.
I think the hotel is nice.
The location is perfect¿walking distance from all major interest sites.
